    If you look at the pics you can get a really good idea how to do it. grease an oven proof bowl, add those little circles that you can buy at a craft store. put in oven. now I am guessing it is 200 celcius, which is about 400 F since C is what they use in other countries. I am going to start out at 200F and see if they melt. If they don’t, I am going to increase the temp to 400F. I will keep an eye on it so that they don’t melt too much and loose their circle apperance and become melted blobs. Planning on doing it in a well ventilated kitchen. I’ll post how it goes.
